My name is Joyce Jackson.  I became a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) June 2010. June 2011 I graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage.  I am licensed in WI as a Massage Therapist.   I enjoy helping other relax and reduce stress with my massages. 

Massage enables individuals to stay healthy, relaxed, reduces stress.  As a therapist I strive to show people its "okay" to be “good”.   When I think of “well-being” it includes relaxation for ourselves.  Other areas that go together are Spiritual and wellness, Our thoughts can changes our life and include sickness.

My massage sessions are therapeutic forms of body-work, I integrate a variety of techniques to address each individual's needs. My intention is to always customize each session to individual clients, whether it’s relaxation, injury recovery, address pain or restrictions.  I do this by starting with a safe and supportive environment.  This allows each person to let go of the physical and or emotional tension they may be carrying, once relaxed we are able to find inner peace and stillness. I believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and love sharing massage to bring health and wellness to each person.  Often, due to unconscious patterns of movement and self-limiting beliefs, our body changes.  Massage Therapy improves our health and is a medication for our physical, emotional, and mental states.
